NOTES
- Complimentary services for child below 3 year will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.
- Complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
- AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
- Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/herself.
- If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
Air Ticket Booking Terms
- Scanned passport copies (first and last page) must be shared in order to hold/book the flights. Any increase in flight fares due to delay in sharing of the passport’s copies need to be borne by the Client.
- In case the passports are not available, the clients need to fill the below details as per the format in original passport.

- Prabhi Travels will not take any responsibility in case there is mismatch in names or If passport is damaged/Torn/ Handwritten or any other information shared by customer as per original passport, in such case all extra charges (if any) should be borne by customer.
TCS Conditions
Applicable on International Bookings only -As per new Govt Norms effective 01 OCT 2020 – TCS applicable 5% on land package amount other than Airfare. Additional cost is not included in Package Cost and is Payable Extra. Same amount will be deposited in your Pan Card which you can claim at the time of filing your Income Tax Return. For Example your TCS (Tax Collected at Source) given to us is INR 5000.We will deposit the same amount in your Pan Card and while filing your ITR you have to pay Income Tax of INR 10000/-. But you will pay only INR 5000 ( As we have already deposited INR 5000 in advance which you paid us)
Terms and Conditions
- Tourism Dirham Tax for Dubai will be charged directly to the clients upon arrival at the hotel from 31.03.14 onwards which is applicable for all bookings. These charges are on per night basis based on the hotel category booked.
- Visa on arrival is granted for Indian passport holders for Bali at IDR 500.000 per person (Approx. USD 35) If your Body temperature is under 37.5 Celsius, the international travelers may continue the activities If the Body temperature is above 37.5 Celsius, the international travelers are required to do PCR swab test on own expenses with total cost IDR 275.000 per person (Approx. USD 20) .Exit PCR based on the Airlines or destination country’s regulation at least one day prior to departure
- Arrival Flights in Maldives – Please note for Resorts/Properties in Maldives operated by Seaplane one must arrive before 2:50 PM in Male Airport in order to ensure seaplane transfers to booked resorts.
- Departure Flights from Maldives– Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only and in case of departure Flight Should be booked after 10 AM on day of departure.
- In case of Bad weather / Technical Issues with Trans Maldivian Airlines (Seaplane Operator) In Maldives if seaplane is not operated Prabhi Travels Resort cannot be held responsible for same and Client has to make his/her own arrangements in Male city at their own cost However Prabhi travels will be available 24X7 for any guidance or support.
- Speedboat Transfers are combined transfers until unless all guests of the booked resort don’t arrive you might have to wait for sometime.
- Hotels / Resorts in Maldives reserve the right to swap the bookings – That is Room categories (Beach villas or Water Villas) as per their occupancy or requirements.
- All Sightseeing/Tours/Transfer are on Sharing basis (SIC) until unless paid for private (PVT)
- Prabhi Travels will make every effort to provide you with the maximum reimbursement possible in the event that your package needs to be canceled due to a natural disaster, inclement weather, a medical emergency, etc. This will depend on the terms agreed upon with our suppliers and trade partners.
- If a client has a medical emergency, they must disclose any necessary medical documents, such as reports, prescriptions, and other records, that have been stamped by the appropriate hospital or physician.
- The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Prabhi Travels will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
- We are not responsible for any flight cancellation/delay due to any unforeseen reasons however we will follow up the concerned airlines to work out the best possible solution according to the circumstances.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
- Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy.
- Special dinners/Gala Dinner and other mandatory charge that the hotels may impose at any given time, particularly on holidays like Christmas and New Year’s, are not included in the package price. Prabhi Travels will make an effort to convey this when making the package reservation.
- Package prices are not valid during high peak period and black out period which will be updated only at the time of booking
- For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
- For any Complaints, Suits, claims or Disputes whatsoever nature relating to any products/services booked by Prabhi Travels and third-Party product or Tour, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India
- Any amount paid towards Activities / Services not utilized on Tour are totally non-refundable and under no circumstances will be refunded.
- Visa issuance is subject to approval from respective embassies of countries. Prabhi Travels doesn’t guarantee issuance of VISA and Fees/ Service charge paid towards same is non-refundable
- Room configuration is subject to availability at the time of check-in (Twin or Double Room is at the sole discretion of Hotels) Prabhi Travels is not responsible for same.
- All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or on the ground during tour.
- Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please speak to our tour experts.
- Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from Date of Returning from destination.
- Please note as per Immigration Tourists must carry USD 100 per person per day.
Booking Policy:
- At the time of booking you need to deposit INR 10,000/- as Advance for land package and For the Flights we need full Payment (If flight booked with us) for processing your booking. Once the booking is confirmed and we will share Hotel confirmation number with you.
- Balance payment can be paid in 3-4 installments depending upon the departure dates. Once all the payments are completed then confirmed Hotel vouchers will be released to you.
- In case of any delay in payment due to Justified Reasons please inform us to update the new date in the system and you can pay accordingly.
- Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must be completed before 25 days of the Departure dates
- The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end.
- In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
Travel Documents:
– It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
– The travel agency shall not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler’s failure to obtain the required documents.

- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Date of booking to 30 days before check in the cancellation charges will be INR 4500 per person of the package cost.
- 30 to 21 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
- Less than 21 days – Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- No show – Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It’s purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
- In case of Non-Refundable booking same shall be advised at the time of processing the booking.
- Please note the amount paid will not be refunded and will be given to you in the form of Credit Shell / Credit Note which you can utilize for future Booking.
- If Due to RTPCR (Covid report) being positive cancellation charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share Covid report with Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in future dates. Time frame given by resort will be shared to you once we receive from resort reservations.
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines.
Travel Insurance:
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
- The travel agency shall not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds normally take 18-21 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & will be transferred electronically to your bank account.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of cancellation fees and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
